These Terms of Service governed the use of Botnèvè's platform during our operational period from 2018-2024. Following our platform transition, these terms serve as a historical record of our service agreements and user commitments during our active years.

During our 2024 platform transition, all existing user agreements were honored and properly concluded. Users were notified of service changes in advance, and all contractual obligations were fulfilled in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

During our operational period, Botnèvè provided an ESG directory platform connecting sustainable businesses worldwide. Services included company listings, ESG analytics, business networking tools, and sustainability metrics tracking. All services were provided "as is" with reasonable care and industry standards.

Users were required to provide accurate information, respect intellectual property rights, maintain account security, and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities included spam, harassment, unauthorized access, and misrepresentation of ESG credentials.

Botnèvè retained ownership of platform technology, design, and proprietary content. Users retained rights to their submitted content while granting necessary licenses for platform operation. Third-party content was used under appropriate licenses and agreements.

Our liability was limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We provided services without warranties beyond those required by law. Users acknowledged that business networking and ESG assessments involved inherent risks and uncertainties.

Either party could terminate service agreements with appropriate notice. Upon termination, users retained access to their data for a reasonable period. The 2024 platform transition constituted a planned service conclusion with proper user notification and data handling.

These terms were governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes were resolved through good faith negotiation, with arbitration as a secondary option. The platform transition was conducted in accordance with all applicable legal requirements.
